1)Can I visit your factory?

It will be our pleasure to welcome you to our office within the working hours.

Please contact us by mail or by phone to schedule your next appointment.

 

2)Do you provide professional photography for the jewelry I ordered?

Yes, we do provide a white background image, please contact us to get it after your order.

 

3)What can I do if I have repaired goods?

If the repaired goods belong to factory, we will repair them free of charge, so please inform

us within 7 working days after receiving the goods; If the repaired goods belong to your

after-sales service, we will charge a part of repairing cost.

 

4)Could you provide some jewelry care tips?

Keep it dry, away from chemical and sunlight;

Clean it using warn water & mild soap;

Wipe with a soft cloth.

 

5)Can you offer any certification?

We do factory audits every year and can send you the BSCI report.
